Masonic District NCR-F (formerly District 11) is under the jurisdiction of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines. It is composed of six Masonic Lodges:
Silanganan Lodge No. 19, Marikina Lodge No. 119, Teodoro M. Kalaw Memorial Lodge No. 136, Juan Sumulong Memorial Lodge No. 169, Mandaluyong City Lodge No. 227 and Ang Tipolo Lodge No. 334.

Our district office is located at No. 1 Makatarungan Street, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines.
